Burgor, who was convicted of burning the Linwood hotel below Davenport, on the river road, has been sentenced to nine months at hard labor in the Anamosa penitentiary. It has been stated that the case will be appealed on legal grounds, and '.hat Mr. and Mrs. Bur gor will go to their old home at Aus tin, Minn., to reside, pending a de cision on the appeal. This program will probably be carried out. The appeal bond was fixed at f 1,000, an amount similar to that on which Mrs. Burgor has enjoyed her liberty since her arrest. Notice.
