Attorney General Msloney has prepared his amended peti tion in the qno warranto proceedings commenced by bim against the Pullman Palace Car company. Mr. Moloney has served notice on the counsel for the Pull man company that he will appear before Judge Gibbons at the criminal court and ask leave to file the amended petition and also the informat ion against the company, which follows the petition, according to the law governing quo warranto proceoS ings. The additional charges made in the amended petition are in relation to the Pullman company operating a gas plant and brick works. The charge is made that tho compatiy operates a large gas plant aud furnishes the product to the in. habitants of Pullman at a large profit. Pullman Water System. The water system of Pullman is also at tacked.
