eight grades, as is the custom in
nearly all the cities of the country.
The grade formerly known a the
Ninth alii hereafter be known as the
Eighth, etc. While the names of the
grades are changed, there will be no
demotion of pupils. Pupils will go

grade, instead of the Ninth.

beginning of the month and the
other two in No. 4 last week.
