of the west 40 feet Of lot No. 10. in
block No. 2, In Spencer ft Case's addi
tion to the city of Rock Island, in the
county of Rocfe Island and state Of Il
linois, having been tiled In the clerk's
Office Of the circuit court of said
county, notice la therefore hereby
given to the said defendants that
the complainant lijed his bill of com
plaint in said court, on the chancery
side thereof, on the 11th day Of July.
1904, and that thereupon a summons
issued Out of said court. Wherein said
suit is now pending, returnable on the
third Monday in the month of Septem
ber next, as Is by law required.
