Iowa Lady Has Great Faith

Diseases.
ANOTHER WONDERFUL
CURE BY CUTICURA

"I had an eruption appear on my
chest and body and extend upwards
and downwards, so that my neck and
face were all broken out; also my arms
and the lower limbs as far as the knees.
I at first thought it was prickly heat.
But soon scales or crusts formed -where
the breaking out was. Instead of going
to a physician, I purchased a complete
treatment of the Cuticura Remedies, in
which I had great faith, and all was
satisfactory. A year or two later the
eruption appeared again, only a little
lower; but before it had time to spread
I procured another supply of the Cuti
cura Remedies, and continued their use
until the cure was complete. It is now
five years since the last attack, and
have not seen any signs of a return. I
have taken about three bottles of the
Cuticura Resolvent, and do not. know
how much of the Soap or Ointment, as
I always keep them with me; probably
one half dozen of each.
" I decided to give the Cuticura Rem
edies a trial after I had seen the results
of their treatment of eczema on an
infant belonging to one of our neigh
bors. The parent took the child to the
nearest pbvsician, but bis treatment did
no good. So they procured the Cuticura
Remedies and cured her with them.
When they began using Cuticura Rem
edies her face was terribly disfigured
with sores, but she was entirely cured,
for I saw the same child at the age of.
five years, and her mother told me the
eczema had never broken out since. I
have more faith in Cuticura Remedies
for skin diseases than anything I know
of. I am, respectfully yours, Emma E.
Wilson, Liscomb, Iowa, Oct. 1, 1905.

H. O. ROLFS' TEST.
i
Sold Hyomei for Years and Knows It
Will Cure Catarrh.
H. O. Rolfs has given Hyomei a
most thorough and remarkable test.
For a long time he has offered to re
fund the money to any purchaser of
Hyomei, if it failed to benefit.
The remedy has made so many
cures among his customers that he
has urged its use in the most chronic
cases of catarrh.
Breathed for a few minutes four
times a day, through the Inhaler that
comes with every outfit, it soothes
the irritated mucous membrane of the
nose, throat and. lungs, kills the ca
tarrhal germs, and restores complete
health. It's healing, anti-complete
health.
The complete Hyomei outfit costs
only $1, and consists of an inhaler that
can be carried in the pocket or purse,
and will last a lifetime, a medicine
dropper, and a bottle of Hyomei. If
this is not sufficient for a complete
euro, additional bottles of Hyomei can
be obtained for 50 cents.
Compare this small expense with
the fees charged by specialists, and
remember, too, if Hyomei .does not
cure, H. O. Rolfs, of the Harper House
pharmacy, will return your money.

have done everything to trace the lad.

The police have been notified, but, to

Referee John C. Helmick has rendered
his decision in the matter of the bank
ruptcy of the Davenport Engraving
company, adjudging the company a
bankrupt. He has also issued an or
der requiring the bankrupt to file
schedules of liabilities and assets, this
not having been done as the case is
one of involuntary bankruptcy. If the
company does not do this, the sched

creditors.
Verdict for defense. The' jury has
returned a verdict for . the defendant
in the case of A. R. Ram bo vs. the
Tri-City Railway company. Twice the
case was tried, twice verdicts' were re
turned for the plaintiff, twice, they
were set aside by the judge, and final
ly a jury returned a verdict for the de
fense. Attorneys Neal & Neal, for the
plaintiff, say that they will file a mo
tion for a new trial. Both parties be
lieve that the suit will go to the su
preme court before it will be finally
settled. A. R. Rambo brought suit
against the street car company for
$10,000. The allegations of the peti
tion were that three years ago, while
he was crossing Brady street at
Twelfth, he was struck by a ear and
knocked down. He claimed that one
leg was broken, the other bruised, and
his head badly Injured.

Department of Agriculture Takes Up
Investigation.
Washington, Feb. C. That beer is a
food product and that it is fast coming
to be classed with the least harmful
beverages, is a claim now receiving thi

time, pursuing an investigation of the
nature, effects and value of beer.

ages, and the general good health of
the Germans, English and Americana
is pointed to as strong proof of the ar
gument that beer is a food product, and
that its consumption aids, instead of
retarding, the work of temperance.
