This is partly because 'it was intended primarily to fill, in the most direct and natural way, the actual needs of Ameri can home life, and partly because at the time it was put forward people were on the verge of an artistic awakening, a reaction against the insincerity and false ornateness of the furnishings of that period: Today the word "Craftsman" has become estab lished in th.c public mind as a synonym for simple, well-made furniture. Mattress Aids to Comfort There can be no question about the fact that tuft ing construction Is the right principle in mat trees making. A smooth surface Is more comfortable to He upon than an uneven one. The contour of, the human body is a series of con vex and concave curves: A mattress, to be truly com fortable, must conform to these body curves, so that even, gentle support Is given to every part, from head to foot. If a mattress is not bdy-conforming, then the body rsts only on spots, and those spots have to bear raora than their proper share of the body's weight -which means dis comfort. The Sealy is absolutely body-conforming, because there isn't a tuft In It nothing tn keep it from In stantly accommodating itself to ev Morris Chair $20.00 Fumed oak Morris chair, with genuine brown Spanish leather.
