A SPECIALTY.
The standard remedies for all diseases of the
lungs are St henck's Pvlmonic Syrup, Schenck's
See Weed Tonic, and Sihknck s Mandrake Pill,s
and if taken before the lungs are destroyed, a
speedy cure is effcted.
To these three medicines Dr. J. II. Schenk, of
Philadelphia, owes his nurivalled sucess in the
treatment of pulmonary disease.
The Pulmonic Svrup ripens the morbid matters
in the lungs; natnre throws it off by easy expect
oration, for when the phlegm or matter is ripe a
slight coii'-h will throw it iff, the patient has rtst
and the lungs begin to heal.
To enable the pulmonic syrup to do this.
Schenk' Soa Weed Tonic must ho freely used ti
cleanse the stomach and liver. Schenck's lau-
drake Pills act on the liver, removing all obstruc
tions, relax the trail bladder, the bile starts freely
and the liver is soon relieved.
Seiicnck's Sea Weed Tonic is a gentle stimulant
and alterative; the alkali of which il is composed
mixes wf.n me looil ami prevcuts sourins;, it as
sists the ditrestion by toning up the stomach to
healthy condition, so that the food and the Pul
monic Syrup will make good blood: then tUe lnn"s
heal, ann tne patient will surely get well if care
taken to prevent fresh cold.
All who wish to consult Dr. hcnenlc, either per
soniilly or by letter, can do so at his principal office
corner of Sixth and arch Sta., Philadelphia, every
Monduv.
Schenk's medicines are sold by all druggists
throughout the country.

Additional Statement.
Since the above statement was m ule I have been
rapidly improving iu heai'h. I have had no return
of the disagreeable symptoms that attended my
former sickuess, and although aa'ected from time
to time with severe colds incidental to the sudden
changes in our climate, they have noi been suffi
cient to i;r:ng on a return of the disease. My gen
eral health has been excellent- 1 have gained j
pounds and consiiler myself entirely recovered from
a disease that a year ago seemed likely to totally
undermine my constitution. Since last February !
have consulted with a great many afllicted wr.h Ca
tarrh, and iu the hundreds o! cases in which 1 have
sold it I have never seen an instance sufficient to
shake the confidence 1 feel in Sanford'g Radic-.l
