th- 4-Paw rumbinallon.
No man better deserves the honors that
have beet thrust uptn him than Dr.
Vm. F. Carver, the famous scout and
unerring rifle shot, whose Indian name,
''Evil Spirit-of the Plaius," . was won
through bis skill and dauntless courage.
No better specimen of the genuine fron
tiersman has ever been produced.
Skilled in all the arts of border life, dar
ing to the point of recklessness,, a man
whose narie is both feared and reverenced
among th; wild tribes of the west, he
possesses at the same time the refinement
and cultuie of a man accustomed to po
lite (society and the ennobling arts of
peace. Il is these characteristics that
have made him honored alike on the
prairie aid in the palsce among the
soldiers, the scouts and the wild Indians
of the far west, and the emperors, the
kings and the statesmen of Europe.
This famous scout was secured at an
enormous salary for the "Wild West" and
Forepaug'i combined shows, which ex
hibit in til their unabridged entiiety at
Brooks' gtove, Thursday, August 1.
Dr. Carver, who hears a striking res
semblance to the lamented Custer, imper
sonates t ie famous cavalryman in the
startling and realistic representation of
the massacre on the Little Big Horn, in
which Custer and his gallant little com
mand Inst their lives. & band of Ogal
lala Sioux, from the tribe of which lied
Cloud is chief, and who were real actors
in that awltil carnage, participate in the
mimic baitle, together with scores of
other Indians and cowboys fresh from
their w ild life on the plains. The attack
on the Overland mail, a f?enuine Virginia
reel on horseback and Other scenes from
western Ire are also vividly portrayed.
All this is in coD.juction with what the
newspapers, in the cities where the great
Forepaugi combine has exhibited, say it
is the greatest arenic, trained animal,
hippodromatie and wild beast show ever
presented under canvas
Three Bebsluons a Day.
Three rebellions, obstinate, though
blood lens, occur in the stomach of the
dyspeptic who partakes of food thrice a
day. The digestive organ refuses on ach
occasion to perform the duty -assigned to
it by nature, and trouble ensues. How
discipline, bow regulate it? 8mply with

pleasant regulator, become easy, and iis

Nervousn-'ss and insomnia, always in
duced by chronic dyspepsia, will disap
pear with its disappearance thus insured,
and constipation and biliousness, its
usual attendants, also take their leave.
Not only will the system acquire strength,
but also substance by a mure perfect as
similation of the food. Rheumatism,
malarial and kidnev complaint and neur

Hear what he says:'
I have been a practical druggist in
Tyler for a number of years, and in that
time have had occasion to examine, try,
and notice the effect of nearly all the
highly recommended preparations or pat
ent medicines on the market, and as I
have suffered untold misery myself, the
past number of years, from a severe form
of inflammatory rheumatism, and could
find nothing to cure or relieve me, I had
almost drawn a conclusion that all pat
ent medicines were more or less frauds
until about one year ago, I was in
duced ty a friend now living in Tyler, to
try a preparation known as 3 B, or Bo
tanic Blood Balm, and after a long per
suasion on his part. I finally made up
my mind to make one more effort to rid
myself of the terrible affliction; and it
now affords me the greatest pleasure of
my life to state to the citizens of Smith
county that I am entirely cured, with no
traces of the disease left, and all effected
by the magic healing properties of B B.
B., which I consider the grandest, purest
and most powerful blood remedy known
toman. I have been subject to ih
flammatory attacks since ten years of
age, and up to the present time have had
four. The last spell came on me in
November, 1885, over b year
ago. at which time I was
confined to my bed for eicht weeks, pass
ing the nights in misery, with no sleep
except when produced by narcotics and
various opiates. The week previous lo
using B. B. B. up to that time I had only
eaten six metis, and could scarlely sit up
without support; but after using three
bottles I was able to relish my meals and
to walk up town, and after six bottles
had been used, thank heaven, I was en
tirely cured, and not the slightest pain
felt since that time. When I returned to
business in February, my weight was 145
pounds, but gradually increased until my
regular weight was again attained, 210
pounds. The noticeable fact in what I
have so cheerfully stated is, that this un
paralleled and remarkable discovery, B.
B. B., cured me in mid winter, at the
very time my sufferings and misery were
the greatest. I take it on myself as a
practical druggist to heartily, cheerfully,
as well as conscientiously, recommend
this glorious blood remedy to all sufferers
of rheumatism or blood troubles, and not
only myself, but the firm ot McKay Sr
Adams, who handle it, will cheerfully in
dorse it9 sinerior merits.
