Special April Meeting A . D. 1890.
Board met pursuant to adjournment.
Present, all the member. Supervisor
Bmitii presiding. Minutes of yesterday's
proceedings read and approved.
On motion of Snpervisor Pearsall the
rule was suspended and the bill of O. A.
Burnhartfor 10 50 was allowed.
Supervisor Frick moved that the mat
ter of making settlement with K. H.
Bowman, Jr., excircuit clerk, be left in
the bands of the finance committee. Car
ried. Supervisor Ken1 moved that hereafter
no bills be allowed for feeding or lodging
tramps unless authorized by the sapervi
sors. The yeas and says being called
resulted as follows:

ott, Forsyth. Kerr, Ludolpb, Najlor and
Nays Cralle, Dailey. Ford, Frick.

Supervisor Montgomery moved that no
bills be allowed for feeding or lodging
tramps. The yeas and najs being called
reunited as follows-

Ilofer, Lamont, Montgomery, Pearsall,

ried. Supervinor Cmlle moved that the pro
cecdincrs of the board be published' in one
of the Moline papers and one of the Rock
Inland papers for the sum of $110 each
for the ensuing year, such publication to
include the reports of the overseers of the
poor and the annual report and invoice
of the committee on poor farm. Super
visor Forsyth moved as a substitute that
said proceedings be published in the Mo
line Republican tot the sum of 110 and
in the Rock Island Antics for the same
amount, provided the Akocs will accept
that amount. Carried.
Supervisor Frick moved that the fol
lowing bill of fare as revised by the spec

ment to strike out the word reject and in
sert the word allow with reference to
the bills of Richard Hill, Henry Krum
linde and Henry Fender, and the yeas and
nays being called, resulted as follows:
