SCHOOL DIRECTOR PIERSOL IN AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT While enjoying an automobile ride over the week-end with his family, School Director W. S. Piersol, of 107 Baton Rouge avenue, south, had tho * misfortune to have his automobile run into by Mr. Max Baltar, of Atlantic City, who thought there was sufficient room between the machine of Mr. Pelrsol and Mr. John Smith, of Atlan r. ‘V tic City, to pasB. The latter machines were traveling in opposite directions and both were driving at a moderate rate of speed. Mr. Edward Likens, a member of the second ward election board, who resides on North Wyoming avenue, enjoyed a wild goose for his Thanks giving Dinner. On Tuesday afternoon while hunting for rabbits in the woods back of Margate, he noticed the goose descending on the meadows- toward the Ocean, and when he made an in vestigation found it had come down to get a drink. Mr. Likens crawled as close as he thought safe, and after firing was delighted to note that he had been successful, one shot passing directly through the bird’s head.
