This amend ment seeks the establishment of an official and legal referee system Ic the Detroit Traffic Court. Sponsors of the amendment, which Include the Detroit Automo bile Club of Michigan, the Detroit Tribune and various other civic groups, urge its adoption as abso lutely necessary to the functioning of the Traffic Court, whose facili ties have beer, taxed severely by the tremendous increase In the work of the court.
