Farms police detectives are investigating one of the
worst cases of malicious destruction to be reported in that
city in many years. Sometime during the night of July 5,
or the morning of July 6, vandals completely wrecked a
panel truck owned by the construction company that is
building the Brownell school at Chalfonte and Manor road.
Albert Rondeau, a foreman for the Charles R. Belli Cos.,
reported the damage shortly after he reported for work
Saturday morning. When detective sergeant Jack Paisley
arrived at the school site, Rondeau showed him the 1951
Dodge truck which had been turned over and then bat
tered on its side with a front end loader tractor.
