Mr. Weatherly was "having
some fun'' in true western stylo,
and was shooting at Charlie's feet
to make him ?'ance. Ono of thc
balls went through the calf of the
boy's leg, inllicting a Mesh wound,
from which ho bas suffered no
serious consequences.
Mr Weatherly voluntarily went
before thc mayor Monday, plead
guilty and paid a lino of $50.
