In previous years, people living out side of Billings have been somewhat at a disadvantage In securing tickets for the fair because the local people at Billings first had access to them. Remedying of this condition by the fair board with co-operation of the various banks, however, will now per mit purchase of tickets by prospective fair patrons before they leave their homes. The response of the banks to the re quest of the fair board that they co operate to the extent of handling the tickets wss almost unanimous and local banks are among those that agreed to sell the tickets. Beason tickets for the Midland Em pire Fair will cost but 31.00. Such a ticket provides for admission every day of the four days the exposition will be open. These tickets will be negotiable and transferable —that Is their use will not be confined alone to the purchaser. Regular admission to the fyir from 8 o’clock in the morning to 5 o’clock In the evening will be 50 cents for each day. Such a ticket, however, permit* the holder to remain continuously on the grounds from 8 o’clock in the morn ing until 11 o’clock at night. A charge of 25 cents will be made each evening for people catering the grounds after B o’clock every day. Thus it will be seen thst dally purchase of tickets for the four days and evenings involves a charge of $3.00. Season tickets at $1.50. however, provide the same ad vantages aa the dally admission tickets and sell for one half the price of the latter.
