pending, wherein Walter G. Carlson
was awarded judgement in the sum
of Twenty-four Thousand nine hun
dred fifty dollars and ninety-five cents
($24,950.95) with interest thereon at
the rate of 8 per cent, per annum from i
August 23rd, 1922 and $6.50 Costs of
suit, together with accruing interest
and costs, against Oscar K. Anderson
and Mattie Anderson, together with
a decree of foreclosure on a mortgage
and sale of real estate described in
