Goshen County For The State Tuberculosis Sanitarium Among the notable acts of the Sixteenth Legieloture was the passage of a bill by the terms of which the State is to erect a Tuberculosis Hospital at some point to be selected by the popular vote at the coming election. Only a few counties are eligible for the location of this hos pital, there being certain requirements as to elevation, etc. Os these there are five which have filed petitions ask ing that their name appear on the ballot, these being Big Horn, Converse, Goshen, Johnson and Platte. Os these counties none has as many desirable features as Goshen County. Torrington, the county seat, is readily accessible by train and auto from any part of the State. Situated as it is in a large, fertile, irrigated valley, its cli mate is the most moderate, both summer and winter, of any to be found within the State. The people of the coun ty are uniformly in favor of the placing of this Institution within their borders, and are offering as a gift a fine farm of irrigated land located in the center of the valley, together with a paid-up perpetual water right. The prod ucts of this farm will go far toward supporting the Insti tution. Every voter Is asked to remember Goshen County when he goes to the polls and to mark his ballot accordingly.
