Page Six ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE In the District Court. State of Wyo ming, County of Carbon, ss.. in the matter of the estate of Floyd E. Hub hard, deceased. Jennie Hubbard, widow of the above named deceased, and adminis tratrix of said estate, did file in this Court her verified petition on this 18th day of May, A. D. 1920. pray ing for an order of this Court to set over to her as the widow of deceased, the following described real proper ty, to-wit: “An undivided one-half interest in and to the fractional south half of Block numbered 18, lying and being in section 17, in township 21 north, range 87 west, of the Sixth P. M.. in Carbon County, Wyoming, as said block is laid down, platted and de scribed for record in Union Pacific Railroad Company’s Third Addition to the City of Rawlins, Carbon Coun ty, Wyoming, and in accordance with official plat on file in the office of the County Clerk of said county, together with a one-story five-roomed dwelling house thereon. Upon the grounds as alleged in ■aid petition, that said deceased did not leave exempt property as by law provided, and that said property was all of the property owned by de ceased at the time of his death, and that same was appraised at the value of $1400.00, and that all expenses of the administration of said estate being fully paid. All persons interested in said es tate of Floyd E. Hubbard, deceased, are notified and required to be and appear at the Court room, in the Court House before the above en-1 titled Court on the 15th day of June, i A. D. 1920. at the hour of 10 o’clock! A. M., to show cause, if any they! have, why said property should not! be set over unto Jennie Hubbard, | widow of deceased as her absolute property. M. The objects of the company are to locate, lease, sell and dispose of lands supposed to contain oil: to carry on the business of searching for, pros pecting, preparing, producing, devel oping, refining, storing, transport ing. supplying, buying, selling, man ufacturing and distributing petro leum and other oils and their prod ucts and by-products; to construct, operate and maintain oil wells, refln maintain pipe lines, pump stations, storage houses, fixtures, and such machinery, devices and apparatus as ( may be necessary to operate pipes ’ and pipe lines; to store, transport, . and handle oil, gas, brine and other ■ mineral solutions, and to do any and all things necessary to the success ful management of the oil and min ing industry. Its capital stock is one hundred thousand dollars, divided into one hundred shares at the par value of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00 ‘ per share. Said stock being fully paid and non-assessable. Its term of existence is fifty (50) years. The operations of the com pany will be carried on In the County of Sweetwater, State of Wyoming, but in the discretion of the Board of Di rectors said business may be extend ed into other counties and states. The affairs and management of the company will be under the control of three directors and E. W. Hughes of the City of Rawlins, County of Carbon, State of Wyoming; U. S. G. Kuhn of the City of Seattle, County of King, State of Washington and C. Ruppert of the City and County of ; Denver, State of Colorado, are elect ed as such directors for the first year of its existence. I The location of the principal office is Rawlins, Wyoming, and E.
