Whereas*; In the judgment of the hoard of trustees of El Centro school district, iii the county of San Diego; state of Cal ifornia, it is advisable to call an election and submit to the electors of said dis trict the question of voting a special tax to the amount of ($1500) Fifteen Hun dred dollars; to furnish school facilities! for the school district to maintain a school, for Imildihg and furnishing a school house.
