rango, our heart-fe!t sympathy in the
death of hia wife. We have known
Mr. and Mrs. Naeglin for more than 20
years and during: all that time have

leaves two daughters, one just entering
the first bloom of womanhood, the other

The Death of James A. Robin.
Ou Now Years day James A, Robin
disappeared from Silverton, Colo., and
when he failed to return his friends
became alarmed and instituted a search
for him, finding on trace of the mis
singmau until Saturday ubout noon,
when the crow ou the Durando Silvurtun
freight train discovered bis body at tbe
water tank some three mileB below Sil'
verton; He had shot himself io tho
head, with a 41 coits revolver which
caused instant death.
The Bunk of Silverton, of which the
dead man was prufidont und priucipdl
owner, was closaJ to avoid a "run" and
the afTuirs of tbe bank are now in tae
hands of Thomas Anuear, as roceiver,
and a committee at work on the hook
to ascertain the bunk'3 condition.
Some reports say the bank will pay 50
por cent, while others say it will pay
depositors in full. While it is deplor
able that many poor people had'trusted
their small saving with the bank and
may loose, yet let us not forget Mr.
Robin spent the--money helping make
Sail Juun county, Colorado.
