KNOW YOUR TOWN Toisnot depot and Hickory Grore church in Edgecombe county was in corporated in 1S49, as the town of Wilson named after Gen. Wilson county was formed in 1855 from Edgecombe, Nash, Johnson and Wayne, first court house built of brick 1S5S remodeled 1902 as it now stands.
