Two of. the strike-breakers who board with, a Mrs Pratt, who keeps a boarding house at 851 West Main street, over E. M. Pierpont's grocery and feed store, received a big scare while they were enjoying a peaceful slumber last night. A big stone flew through the window and struck a pic ture against one of the walls, smash ing it into pieces. Both men thought that It was a bullet which came through the window until this morn ing, when they found the stone on the floor. The stone is now at the police station, where It was brought this af ternoon by Mrs Pratt, who is said to be the woman reported , to have been ordered out of one of C. A. The sudden change of front is unex plained. A Dinner on Horseback. NEW YORK, March 26. C. K. D. Billings, the millionaire horse, owner, has arranged to give an extremely nov el dinner on Saturday night at his new stable on One Hundred and Eighty fifth street, Washington Heights, which cost him about $200,000 to build.
