Mills ft Co. accepted tbe two country bridges, but Bertram & Co. refused the Gallinas bridge; so that tbe contract was offered to the Leavenworth Bridge Co. They accepted, and tbe contract will oo closes ibis morning, iwo prop ositions were before tbe county com missioners relative to keeping pp a means of communication between the two sides of tbe city during the time the Gallinas bridge is in building.
