Miami Land joining it on the south has been sold
this year and last for $40 to 80 per acre in small
tracts. This must go all together, and hence 'the very
low price for irrigated land with an abundance of
water for irrigation.
There is good school and church one mile south
of this tract, also the store and postoffice of Miami.

by a decision of recent date, over-ruled
the decision in the case of Esborno K.
Muller relative to leave of absence in
connection with commutation proof, in
which it was held that,
"Commutation is allowed only upon
a showing of substantially continuous
personal presence upon the land for a
period of fourteen moot lis next preced

prior to a period of absence under leave
