In the District Court of the United States for the District of New Mexico. Bankrupts Petition For Discharge. In the Matter of Robert Byrnes, Bankrupt. No. 136. To he Honorable William H. Pope, Judge of the District Court of the United States for the District of New Mexico. Robert Byrnes, of Clovis, in the County of Curry and the State of New Mexico, in said district, respectfully represents that on the 4th day of Aug., A. D. 1913. last past, he was duly adjudged bankrupt undor the Acts of Conjrress relating to bankruptcy; and that he has duly surrendered all his prop erty and rights of property, and has fully complied with all the requirements of said acts and of the orders of the court touching his bankruptcy. Wherefore, he prays that he may be decreed by the court to have a full discharge from all debts provable against his es tate under said bankrupt acts, except such debts as are ex empted by law from such dis charge. Eliiott, a Refer ee in Bankruptcy of said court at Roswell in said district, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and that notice thereof be publish ed in the Clovis News, a news paper printed in said district, and that all known creditors and other persons in interest, may appear at the said time and '..lace and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered by the Court that the Referee shall send by mail to all known creditors, copies of said petition, and this order addressed to them at their places of residence, as stated. You will further take notice that the object of said suit is to recover judgment against you in the sum of $2380.09, costs, in terest and attorney's fees on ac count of two certain notes exe cuted by you to said American Bank & Trust Co.. and that the following described real estate belonging to you. situated in Cur ry County, New Mexico, has been levied upon and attached in said suit, to wit: Lot 15 in block 35 in the Original Town of Clovis, and Lots 15 and 16 in block 22 and Lots 12, 13, 14. 15 and 16 in block 26 in Clovis Place an Ad dition to said town of Clovis. You v ill further take notice that unless you appear or answer in said suit on or before the 5th day of Decenmber, 1913, judg ment will he rendered against you in said action and said prop erty will be sold to satisfy the same, and said plaintiff will apply to the Court for the re lief prayed for in his complaint filed in said suit.
