Tuesday, April 6th, 1920 Notice is hereby given, that pur suant to Ordinance No. 133 duly passed by the City Council of the City of Clovis, Now Mexico, approved by the Mayor of snid City and attest ed by the City Clerk and hereto fore published in accordance with law, g bond election is hereby called in the City of Clovis, New Mexico, at tho time and at the places hereinafter set forth, at which election there will be submitted to the qualified electors of the City of Clovis who have paid a property tax therein during tho pre ceding year, tho following question: Shall the City of Clovit, New . Mexico, incur an indebtedness of Thirty-three Thousand Dollars ($33,000) to be evidenced by negotiable bonds payable not ex ceeding fifty years from their date and to bear interest not to euceed six per contura (6) per annum for the purpose of enlarg. inc. improving and extending the Sewer System and for the c quUition of necessary reil estate, rights of way, privileges and easements, and necessary appur tenances for said system?
