The following resolutions were
adopted :
Resolved that the executive, com
mittee of the Curry County Farm
bureau be reduced to five members
in order to better facilitate the con
ducting of County Ilureati business.
Whereas, the boys' and Girls'
Clubs of America have perfected
State and National organizations for
conducting their business, and where
as, the boys' and girls' club work in
Curry County forms a very important
part in the development of commun
ity and county programs of work, be
it resolved that the County Farm Bu
reau make each Boys' and Girls' Club
member a junior member of the Cur
ry County Farm Bureau.
Be it resolved that we empower
the Curry County Farm Bureau e;c
ecutive committee to elect all pro
ject leaders and committeemen neces
sary in developing the program of.

Whereas, the farmers of Curry
County have suffered great reverses
and many are unable to retain their
membership in the County Farm Bu
reau at the $10.00 membership fee,
be it resolved that a refund of $5.00
on the 1022 membership fee be grant
ed, thus making the dues for 1922
$5.00 as in the past year.
SCHOOLS WILL DISMISS
ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON
The Clovis public schools will dis
miss Thursday afternoon for the
Christmas holidays and school will
convene on Monday, January 2.
Christmas exercises will be held in
each room on Thursday.

Texas, and the management of the
cafe; will be under Mr. and Mrs.
David Stevens, John Townsend and
Lloyd Sheron, and the same prompt

good meals that have characterized
