Acting on Instructions from Colum bus, On., Sheriff Owlngs on Saturday arrested and placed in jail a white man named Allen Colemnn alias Al len Hood Who is wanted by the Corgi,i authorities for the alleged desertion of his family a few months ago in Columbus.
