Deory, near Nac'osari, seems to bo justified by facts related to a roprosontativo of the Ohii by a gentle man just from that vicinity. Ho statos that,a body believed tQ,be that of Derry was fount a few days ago by BQme Mox ioaus. Tho bo,dy had been buried, on a sito known to have baen temporarily occupied as a camp by E. W. Derry and J, Clarence. Brown. Tho tent occupied there by Derry and Brown is said to have been traced and found to havo ,boen sold by Brown. It is also claimed that the tent bears unmistakable evi dence of being blood "stained. After Brown's relea in Tucson upon bail, on the charge of having forga.l Derrv'e name to a check on San Franciseo.-ho disappeared. Although tho murder of Derry by Brown was then moro than hinted at, theto was no evidoncoat hand warranting Brown's detention on that charge.
