Exciting Oitcome of The Cobre
Last nlylit Con O'Keofe, om uf the
men prominent In the Cobre Urondu
litigation, was arrested on a clmrjjo of
burglary. The charge was preferred
by V. C. Greene, who says O'Keefe en
tered his (Greene's) oflleo during bis
absence.. It i said that Greene has
as witnesses against O'Keefe three bus
iness men' of Blsbee. Justice S. K.
Williams released O'K-efo on u 70-'
bond, which was furnished ly John
Noblle and Joseph Muludm.

Greene cannot be seen at present, writ
ing, having left town since his arrtwJ
in Hisbee on yesterday V passenger.
His arraignment has been set for to
morrow at 10 a. in The case is certain
to bring forth some sensational features.

Queen mine yesterday afternoon at 7:30
Harvey Johnson was painfully injured
by a fall of ground. A large mass of
overhanging ground came down on his
shoulders and crushed .him. lie was
taken to the C. Q. company's hospital.
He bore his pain in an exceptionally
gritty manner. Although the extent
of his Injuries cannot be accurately as
certained just at present, It Is supposed
that he is not In danger.
