At the pres ent time enrollment ‘ifi home eco- A nomics project has passed the 200 mark and twenty leaders are re porting work. Local achievement judging will take place on March 29, 30 and 31, and. all clubs will exhibit in the county fair on April 16. In addition to clothing judging for 4-H girls, specialist work with Mrs. Margaret Watson during the next three weeks has been scheduled to include a fashion talk on sheers late in March and a clothing school for sheers in April, both in Casa Grande: also instruction in color and design for the Tract Home maker club. There not being suf ficient evidence that the petition embodied rwo thirds of the signatures of the taxable inhabitants of the proposed town as described in the metes and bounds description which was a part of the petition, upon motion duly seconded the Board disapproved the petition praying for the incorporation of the town of Coolidge, Arizona. FLORENCE, PINAL COUNTY, STATE OF ARIZONA) March 12, 1933 The County Board of Supervisors convened pursuant to recess, George W. Burgess, chairman, James Herron, Jr., member and clerk present. Enis Thurman, member, absent. Pursuant to Chapter 16, Article 3, Paragraph 774, of the revised Code of Arizona, 1928, the Board proceeded to consider applications for the position of Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 10, Pinal County, Arizona, said vacancy being occassioned by the death of Phil McGin nell, duly elected Justice of the Peace of said precinct. Benedict M. Vollman, being found to possess all qualifications necessary to the filling of the office of Justice of the Peace, was duly appointed Justice of the Peace of Justice Preeinct No. 10, Pinal County Arizona, for the unexpired term of Mr. Phil McGinnell, deceased, sub ject to the filing of bond in the amount of, and within the time as speci fied by statute, said action being at the unanimous pleasure of the Board, the motion having been made by James Herron Jr., and second ed by Chairman Geo.
