Burton, a brakes man on the Chesapeake and Ohio Kail road, the -tiding ol whose dead body, under horrible circumstances, was no ticed in the Native Virginian about two weeks ago, The arrest was made by Detective Knox, ol Richmond, who has been on the murderer's tract for sever al days. A suit ol Burton's clothes was found on the accused when he was arrested.
