Chilson was up lrom Winslow Wednesday on profes sional business. Mrs. M. McBride of Pinedale passed through here Tuesday on her way to Clifton. Max Schuster has gone to Al buquerque to spend a few days with his family. A. E. Maupin has disposed of his property here and left today for Morenci his daughter Cora accompanied him. C. E. Vail, a prominent citizen of Flagstaff and a pioneer of this territory, committed sui cied at Flagstaff Tuesday by shooting himself in the head. He leaves a wile and six children to mourn his loss. The sand dunes have been do ing a great deal of shifting this week; a good shower of rain yes terday delayed their traffic, but if the wind continues at the pres ent rate they will likely be in shape to deliver the goods to morrow.
