Circuit Court for the Eighth Judi cial District for Wallowa County con vened in Enterprise Monday morning, Judge RoWrt Eakin presiding. The following members of the bar were present: D. W. Stato vs. Nolton, jury failed to agree after being out all night, (later) J Dismissed by mo ion of Prosecuting Attorney. State vs Maxwell and Wiley for at tempted rape is on trial. The jury in the case of Micheal Heaverne vs Silver Lake Ditch Co., were taken up to the ditch and view ed the premises, Monday.
