the Territory of Arizona, a mooting of
the share holders of the aforesaid com
pany was held at its offices at said office
in tho city of Kansas City, in the City
of Jackson, State of Mihsouri on Thurs
day, the 3rd day of January, 1907, at
the hour of ten o'clock A. M. and that
at said meeting held as aforesaid the
aforesaid proposition to increase the
capital stock of said company as here
inbefore set out was fully considered and
voted upon, aud did then and there re.

pany and the same being more than a
majority of all the siock of said com
pany in good faith outstanding, said
proposition was adopted as an amend
