O A A
Previous to Christmas.
The autumn has been warm and the
sale of Winter Goods was slow consider
ing the immense stock we had to dispose
of in the season. Our stock of
Really Fine Goods
is the biggest we have ever had (and that
. means the biggest and best ever seen in
Palatka) and to make sure of TURNING IT
ALL INTO GASH THIS WINTER we have de
cided to begin
TO GUT PRICES, and continue the mark
down sale right through the Holidays.
This will be our Christmas Gift to
the people of Palatka and Putnam coun
ty, whose appreciation of our efforts in
the past has made our business the won
derful success it is to-day.
Remember that the earnside Com
pany is Leader in Styles and Values in
everything pertaining to Men and Boy's
wear, and that this is an Honest, Cut on

The council committee has out
liner! I ho kind of a franchise it is
willing to Kivo and this is not aocep
tihle to Mr. Crnlir. And public sen
timent is going to sustain the coun
cil to the extent of having the right
kind of a street railway or none.
But an automobile line:
Local capitalists have determined
that as soon us the pavements are
down they will establish a fast auto
mobile line.- A heavy car capable of
carrying a dozen or fifteen passen
gers will be built to run between the
depots and the hotels, down Lemon
street and picking up passengers
along the route who may want to
make a train.
It is figured that this can be done
at a profit on a five cent fare, with
possibly a 10 cent fare to all who
may want to go to residences on
So really it will be just as well for
Palatka not to have a street railway.
The Show is Coming.
A Great and Honest Show is the
title that Sun Brothers, owners, of
Sun Brothers' Newest Railroad
Shows, Trained Animal Exposition,
have justly earned. The perform
ances seen in its ring and on its ele
vated stages are acknowledged as
the epitome of excellence, while the
deportment of the attaches is such
to be far beyond reproach. Innova
tions and bold enterprise have
stamped the present tenting season
as the most remarkable in the his
tory of this great amusement insti
tution, The Sun Brothers' Shows
will exhibit at Palatka on Wednes
day December 20.
Two performances daily, rain or
shine, 2 and 8 p. m. Watch for
grand free street parade day of show
at 12 o'clock noon.
