Hurlon, last week under went a second operation, in the sani tarium at Arcadia, when additional portions of the bone were removed from his foot, which became infect ed from his having stuck a nail in it some weeks ago. Alachua county leads with seven; Marion, six; Pasco, five; Bay, four, and the other: follow with three, two, and one members each. The Punta Gorda State Bank Painfully Injured. H. It. Dreggors is confined to his home and is suffering with a badly bruised leg as a result of an accident that occurred last Friday, and which might have resulted in a dangerous Injury if not death. Mr. Dreggors was standing on the rear end of a launch that was towing a lighter across the bay, when the engine stopped suddenly. The launch stop ped short when the engine went "dead" but the momentum of thv? lighter was but little affected. In some manner, when the front of the lighter and the rear of the launch came together, Mr. Dreggor's leg was caught and badly crushed, al though fortunately the bone was net broken. J. C.
