Cottrell, who is prospering and raising a fine family at Moore Haven, came here in a car, Tuesday, and went back yesterday, taking with bim an elegant new automobile vhich he had sold to a leading citizen of Moore Haven. Haslett, came in by auto-mule vehicle from the Marlboro section, Tuesday, did a lot of shopping, were greeted by many friends and went back the same night. Since retir ing from the newspaper business, Walter is doing some fine and profit able farming. It is the life, he says, and it. surely is. Mrs. Luke Scott, age about 74 years, was found dead in her back yard, last Thursday afternoon. Physicians say her death resulted from paralysis, this being a second stroke. She leaves a husband, one son and two daughters to mourn her loss. Her husband is a fisherman and was at his work down the bay at the time of her death. R, W. They are: Misses Anna I Mae Sikes, Irene Riley, Sallie Jones and Nina Mae Stevens. The last named came in an automobile with Pastor Rice of the Methodist Church, and Mrs. 0. L.
