Lesueur were ap pointed appraisers by the court. Attorney Barth is counsel for the estate. Albert Booth, of Gisela, was in town last week and is making efforts to obtain a bond for John Booth, who has been in jail several months on a charge of murder. The court has reduced the amount of bail, which was nearly secured when we last saw the bond. Globe Register. The infant girl of Mr. and M.rs. John T. Patterson died Sunday evening. The little one was only twenty months old and late. had been ill for some time. The funeral was held at the residence of the parents Tuesday morning and the remains were interred in the cemetery west of town. Mrs. A. M. Boyer, of Holbrook, died last Sunday morning, at her home in Holbrook after a a long spell of sickness. The funeral was held at 3 p. m. Mon day. The deceased was well known by the residents of Nava jo and Apache Counties, having lived in Holbrook for many years. Ranger Chappin, from the Blue, was in town' last week- on business.
