THE BOARD OF PARDONS AND PAROLES. Phoenix, Ariz., April 30, 1917. At a regular meeting of the State Board of Pardons and Pa roles, held at Florence, Arizona, March 29th, 1917, the following Order was unanimously adopted by the Board and spread upon its Min.utes, on motion of Attorney General, Wiley E. Jones, Member of the Board: "It is Hereby Ordered, That the following rule be adopted in all cases of convictions for violating the Prohibition Law, as well as other misdemeanors: 'In all applications for a parole or pardon, a notice of intention to make application therefor, must first be served upon the County Attorney of the County wherein the offense was commit ted and the conviction had, and an acknowledgement, in writing of such service must be filed with the board.'" In all applications for a parole or pardon, the application should set forth the name or character of the offense committed, the date and place of sentence, and the full terms and conditions of the sentence, as such information is necessary to be set forth in any recommendation the Board should make, and in any parole or pardon that may be granted by the Gov ervor.
