NOTICE OF ELECTION. Notice is hereby given to the qualified electors of the Richville School District, No. 10, Apache County, Arizona, that an election will be held on Saturday the 29th day of September, 1917, in said district at the School house for purpose of voting whether or not bonds shall be issued by said dis trict for the purpose of building a School House. The following named judges will conduct the election: Judges, Frederick Niel son, Mrs. John W. Sherwood; In spector, Laurence P. Sherwcod; Clerk, Dan J. Sherwood; Mar shall, John W.Sherwood, and the Polls will be open from 8 a. m. until 4 p. m. The bonds as proposed to be is sued shall be in denomination of $500.00 to the jamount of $1,500 with interest at the rate of 6 for a period of five years but are redeemable at any time after three years from. date of issue. You are hereby notified that the assessment and tax roll of Apache County for the year 1917 is now in my possession for the collection of taxes levied. Qne half of the taxes on all personal property secured by real proper ty, and one-half of the taxes on all real property will be due and payable on the first Monday in September and will be delinquent on the first Monday in November next thereafter, at 5 o'clock, p. m., and unless paid prior thereto 4 will be added thereto as pen alty and interest from the time of the delinquency at the rate of 10 per annum until paid. The remaining -one-half of the taxes on all personal property se cured by real property and one half of the taxes on all real pro perty, will be due and payable on and after the first Monday in March next and will be delinquent on the first Monday in May next thereafter at 5 o'clock p. m., un less paid prior thereto, 4 will be added thereto as penalty, and in terest from the time of the delin quency at the rate of 10 per annum until paid.
