Judge's expenses . 42 40 Gabriel Garcia, county bailiff 15 00 MDannenbaum, Observer assn'g. contract August 37.50 F V Barber, sheriffs expense 28 50 This being the day and hour appointed by the Board of Super visors of Apache county, for final hearing and action on petitions presented to this board praying for the establishment of the fol lowing enumerated roads as county roads; Now therefore it ap pearing that these petitions, notices, satisfactory proof of posting notices, appointment of board of viewers, report of board of view ers, proof of posting notices of final hearing on petitions, all hav ing been duly filed and are of record in the files of this office, and this being the day set for the hearing on said petitions and the fil ing of claims for damages, and none of either having been filed, THEREFORE the board of supervisors of Apache county , hereby declare and establish the Roads: "Concho to Vernon" "Concho to Navajo county line on Snow flake road" and "Vernon to Navajo county line on Taylor road", as county roads conditioned upon the proper maps being filed and placed of record in the county recorders office of Apache Co., Ariz. F. W. Nelson appeared before the board and stated that he desired to enter a protest against the "Vernon- Taylor .road" run ning through the odd numbered sections of railroad land in Town ship 11 N. range 24 east, as said land is now in private ownership, providing the county was not willing to assist in constructing a lane for the road. No action was baker) on the matter. Eight road petitions having been filed and presented to this board, praying the board to declare and establish the hereinafter named roads, county roads, and it appearing to the board that all of said eight petitions were signed by at least ten persons residents of the county and paying taxes therein, and it f uther appearing that notices had been duly pcsted as required by law, stating the beginning and terminus of each road; its general course and di rection and further stating that application would be made to the board of supervisors on September 5th, 1917 for action ofi said petitions and for the establishment of said roads. Satisfactory proof of the posting of such notices having been made to the .board. NOW THEREFORE, it is ordered that the following named individuals be and they are hereby appointed as a board of view ers on each of the respective roads as listed below, they are to view out and locate such roads and to appraise and report all dam age that may be caused by said locations.
