The cause was occasioned by the con tinued illness of Mrs. Clark. In the Matter of the Estate of J. X. Woods, deceased, ORDER to show cause why De cree of Distribution should bé made. On reading and filing the peti tion of Emma Woods, the execu1- trix of the estate of J. X. Woods, and praying, among otherthings, for an order of distribution of the residue of said estate among thé persons there to entitled: It is ordered, that all persons interested in the estate of the said J. X.
