ARTICLE II. The principal place of business of this corporation within the State of Arizona shall be at Hoi- brook, Navajo county, Arizona, and at such other places as the Board of Director may deter mine, where meetings of direct ora may be held and all business transacted. article ra. The general nature of the bus iness proposed to be transacted, is to make contracts, to pur chase, lease, option, locate and otherwise acquire, own. ex change, sell or otherwise dispose of. pledge, mortgage, hypothe cate and deal in real estate, lum ber, shingles, coal, paint, lead. oil, building paper, roofing, roof ing paper, hardware, finish ma terial of all kinds, and each, all and everything usually kept in a umber yard: to buy, sell. own. hold, lease, mortgage and gen erally to deal in real estate of eyery kind and character; to own, handle or control letters patent and inventions; to do a general manufacturing and mer cantile business; to hold. buy. sell and generally deal, in, own operate in pipe lines and electri cal plants, to issue bonds, notes and other evidences of indebted ness, and to secure payment of the same by mortgage, deed of trust or otherwise; to act as agent, trustee, broker or other fiduciary capacity, and to borrow and loan money; and to do and perform acts and things, and transact such business not in consistent with law, as the board of directors may deem to the ad vantage of the corporation. ARTICLE IV. The authorized amount of cap ital stock of this corporation hall be Thirty thousand ($30.- 000.00) Dollars, divided into Three hundred (300) shares of the par value of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars each, which shall be paid at such time as the board of directors may desig nate, in cash, real or personal property, service, lease, option to purchase, or any valuable right or thing, for the uses of the j corporation; and all shares of capital stock when issued in exchange thereafter, shall there-1 upon and thereby become and be ully paid, the same as though paid for in cash at par, and shall be non-asesssable forever, and the judgment of the directors as to the value of any property, right or thing acquired, in ex change for capital stock shall be conclusive. ARTICLE V. The time of the commence ment of this corporation Bhall be the date of the filing of the certi fied copy of these articles of in corporation in the office of the office of the Corporation Com mission, and the termination thereof shall be twenty-fiye (25) years thereafter, with the privil eges ef renewal, as provided by law, ARTICLE VI. The affairs of this corporation shall be conducted by a board of directors of three (3) members, and such officers as the directors may elect or appoint, and the following names shall constitute the board of directors until their successors are elected and have been qualifiod.
