A# The evidence required is affidavit showing that--' 4 a. Inlisted man's presence at hone is- necessary for the support or care of * members of his family; and b. This condition has arisen due to death or disability occuring in enlist ed nan's family since his enlistment or induction; and c. Discharge of the enlisted man is necessary to provide care or support and the necessity therefor is extreme. vi. At the time of my release from the service, I was given a discharge that had entries descriptive of my physical condition. Is it possible for me to have ay discharge certificate changed? A.
