Mr. McLoughlln, a brother of Mrs.
Clark who was recently committed to
the Insane Asjlum from Tombstone,
has arrived herefrom Wisconsin. He
came with the purpoo ol taking his
sister and her family to his home,
where he is amply able to prowde
them with eery comfort. He has
written to the managers of the Insane
Asylum to learn if the removal of his
sister is feasible, and if so will start at
once for Phenix with the joungcr
children and from there continue his
journey home. He hopes a change of
scene and old associations may have
the effect ef restoring his sister's san
