Sheriff Sale BY VIRTUE OF AN EXECUTION is sued out of the District court of the First iudlcial District in and for the County of Co chise, Territory of Arizona, to me directed and delivered on a judgment rendered in said court on the iath day of November 1891, in favor of Mary Tack and against H. E. Lea, wherein I am commanded to rriake the sum of $419.25 damages with interest thereon from date of Judgment at the rate of 7 per cent per annum until paid together with costs and accruing costs. Under and by virtue of a decree of forclosure and order of sale issued out of the district court of the County of Cochise on the 27th day of November 1891 in the above entitled cause wherein the plaintiff, Martin Costello obtained a judgment and decree against B. J. McGrew and Annie W. McGrew, situate on the eastern slope of said Whetstone mountains about ten mile south from the town ot Benson ani about twelve miles west from the town of Contention in the the county aforesaid and consisting of three (3) seperate springs or watering place, one com manly known as the Depew Ranch and one tboutone and a half miles southwest there-froi-i and known as the Rock House Spring or the Wise spring; and the third being a small spring i-bout midway between the said Depew ranch and Wise spring, with all the houses, corrals, w.Uering troughs, water pipes and tanks thereunto aoperuining.
