Sir. Hankins said that for the present he would make no further appointments. DAVIS HOME IS BURGLARIZED. During their absence of a week dur ing the holidays, the home of Sir. and Sirs. A. K. Davis, about a mile west of Tombstone, was entered and rob bed of a number ot valuables, the rob bery being discovered late this af ternoon when they returned to their country home. Sheriff J. E. Hood went-out to investigate on receipt of word from Sir. Davis, who advised him that a quantity of jewelry, includ ing diamonds, silverware and cloth ing had been taken, a complete exam ination not having been made. How entry to the building was effected was not learned at the sheriffs of fice up until the time the sheriff went down to investigate. . TOURIST THIEVES. It is well for our townspeople to be on the lookout, for thieves travel ing bj- auto. All our neighboring towns report petty thievery and we have just had one robbery here. The safe way is to let these auto tourists of the suspicious character strictly s , - I alone just keep them moving.
