Deed* office, and which mort
gage was on the 22nd div
ot' January 1912, duly assigned
by the said Security Hanking &
Trust Co. to Mitcheil Trust Com
pany of Mitchell, South Dakota,
silk] assignment being duly re
corded in the office of the Regis
ter of Deeds of Stanley County,
South Dakota, on March 7th,
1912, in Book 78 ou page 77 of
the records of said office.
Whereas, no action or proceed
ing at law or otherwise has been
instituted to recover the debt se
cured ly said mortgage or may
part thereof.
Aud whereas it was stipulated
ia said mortgage that if default
Should be made in the payment
of principal or interest aa same
became due under the terms of
said mortgage that the whole
mortgage indebtedness should
become due and said mortgage
might be foreclosed by advertise
ment under the laws of the State
of South Dakota.
And whereas, default has been
made in the payment of interest
in the sura of $35.00 due April
21st, 1912 and the interest on
said mortgage due April 2lst,
1913 in the sum of $35.00 the
assignee of said mortgage electa
to declare the whole amount of
mortgage indebtedness due un
der the terms of said mortgage
The whole amount of mortgage in
debtedness is now due, and the
amount claimed to be due at the
date of this notice is the sum
of Five Hundred Seventy Six
Dollars aud Ten Cents, being
•500.00 Principal and $76.10 in
terest, itesides the costs of this
foreclosure and an attorney'«
fee of Tweuty Five Dollars al
lowed by law.
