Jacob K Varner Adjudged Insane Mr Jacob K Varner, mho with iis family lives near Monterey, was in last Saturday adjudged a lunatic ind on Tuesday, by Sheriff Arbo <a.?t, assisted by Henry A. Slaven taken to the Western State Hospital at Staunton for treatment. As is always the case tinier such :ircu instances, and especially so in Mr Varner's case, because of his laving to leave his wife and chil Iren.some of whom are quite young, t was a pitiable sight to witness iis departure for the hospital and ie and his family have the sincere sympathy oft he entire community.
