r1 r In life the 10% quotation is quite familiar. These are the people that do not get the word, are always late, disregard signs, flout authority, and generally are always in some kind -of trouble. For a clear, almost humorous, except to the sportsman, example of the 10 per centers of Adak, take some time, and drive down to Finger Bay. There you can see where the line is drawn, and on the other side of the posted "NO FISHING BEYOND THIS POINT" sign, are the 10$*ers of Adak, - - with ^their inadequate, feeble answers,"I rdidn!t know*-1 - " Does that mean for children and women too?" "Why", and "Who cares", etc. WHAT SIDE OF THE SIGN ARE YOU ON? (Editors Note: This is the second art icle received by the Sun from an anon ymous donor who apparently is very(and well justified) concerned over the way ’ that certain people are slaughtering salmon...it is slaughter and not in any sense of the word, fishing. Apparently many people have not read the Plan of the Day wherein it stated that a salmon that has been snagged will not spawn — since a lot of people are snagging the fish and throwing them back in the water ^thinking themselves good sports. There still is a lot of the aforementioned going on and thus the two editorials on the subject are being printed—in the hope that it will end these incidents.)
